Padding Methodes
Mechanism: This method involves passing the fabric through a trough (the pad mangle) containing the chemical solution, ensuring the textile is fully immersed. The fabric then passes through heavy rollers that squeeze off the excess liquid, forcing the chemical to be absorbed deeply and uniformly into the entire fiber structure.
